Taping

Taping is a therapeutic technique that uses tape to support and stabilize muscles and joints. It can help with pain, swelling, and inflammation. Taping can also improve mobility and help with rehabilitation.

Types of taping:

  • Kinesiology taping

A thin, flexible tape that can help with muscle movement and athletic performance. It can also help with pain and swelling.

  • Rigid taping

Also known as sports taping, this non-elastic tape is used to restrict movement and provide support. It can help with healing after a joint sprain.

  • Compression taping

This tape is applied to muscles that have been pulled or strained. It can help with pain and swelling.
